I had Kittystavern for my exchange person over at TAC. She chose Anita Blake from Guilty Pleasures by Laurrell K Hamilton. I have never read the books so I went off based by her description. I really hope she likes it. I will post all credits later tonight when I have the list in front of me.

I am so glad you liked her. I was so afraid with everyone picking characters from Laurell Hamilton books that I would so totally ruin someones idea of her. Of course I had to add her penguin...lol I love penguins so how could I not add it in when I read that.

She's very much like I pictured her. I was worried I didn't describe her well enough.

I found this exchange challenging as well. I didn't want to butcher someone's vision of the character.

The whole penguin fetish is just so much a part of Anita that I was so thrilled that you added it (plus penguins are just so adorable ;) ).

Wow. I think this is the best picture of Anita Blake I've seen yet, and I've seen a lot of her. She looks exactly like I've always pictured her. For not reading the books, you did a hell of a job on her. Give yourself a pat on the back.
